Cancellation for Service-Based Offerings
For our service-based offerings, such as training programs, workshops, and IT services, which are in the nature of service providers, our policy is as follows:
- NO REFUND will be provided once payment has been made for a service.
- NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once the payment has been made.
An order for a service can only be discussed for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the service enrollment is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
By making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund and no cancellation policy.
