5. Placement Assistance and Job Guarantee Disclaimer

VANGROVE TECH Private Limited is committed to your career success and offers a "Job Guarantee Program" for specific, designated courses. The terms of this program are to be understood as follows:

• "Guarantee" Definition: The term "guarantee" refers to our commitment to provide you with continuous and dedicated "Placement Assistance" until you receive a job offer. This assistance includes, but is not limited to, resume building, mock interviews, career coaching, and providing interview opportunities with our network of hiring partners.
• No Guarantee of Employment: We do not, under any circumstances, guarantee that you will be hired. The final hiring decision rests solely with our partner companies. Your success depends on numerous factors, including your performance in our program, your performance in interviews, your personal aptitude, and prevailing market conditions.
• Eligibility and Conditions: To be eligible for and receive continuous Placement Assistance, you must meet all program requirements, which may include maintaining a minimum attendance record, completing all projects to a satisfactory standard, and actively participating in all career-service-related activities. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for the Placement Assistance program.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANGROVE TECH Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services.
